Adios Robitussin

One of the worst things about being a kid and getting sick was when my mom would bust out the Robitussin. Ugh, that shit was awful. The taste would stay in your mouth for years and you weren’t supposed to drink water after, or else it wouldn’t work.
Little kids today may have it lucky from now on. A new study showed that honey is a better cough suppressant than over-the-counter medications. Honey is proven to reduce severity and frequency coughing and it also improves sleep quality.

Mmm… fresh bee lovesauce.
This makes perfect sense to me though and quite honestly, I don’t know why it took scientists this long to figure out that honey supresses coughing. Has anyone ever noticed that Winnie the Pooh has never coughed in a single episode? I always just thought it was because he was a cartoon, but now it all makes sense!

Life in the honey cave was great until the tooth cavities started.
There is a downside to this discovery though. You can’t drink a bunch of honey and trip out like you can with cough syrup.

Another downside…Diabetics could end up in comas if they switch to honey. And you think regular cough syrup is bad try Sugar-free. Talk about gag reflex kicking in. ICK.

Howdy, I wanted to ask you something. Is this a wordpress blog? We’re contemplating changing our web page from Blogger to wordpress, you think that is probable? Also did you produce this specific template by yourself some how? Cheers for your help!
