Giant spider attack delays shuttle launch

Over the weekend, NASA delayed the launch of space shuttle Atlantis. People who didn’t see the event live on TV didn’t know that a giant spider actually attacked the shuttle on its launch pad.

This is an actual image taken from the live footage of the Atlantis.
A huge fucking spider crawled across the camera during filming prompting the cameraman to shit his pants and run screaming like a little girl. That’s why I don’t live in Florida. Even the tiny Michigan spiders give me the creeps.

The real reason for the delay was a faulty fuel gauge, but isn’t it more fun to think that a giant spider fucked it up? Here’s the video of the spider if you want to see it.
