Home Run Derby

A couple of weeks ago, I reported on a couple of teenagers who killed a little girl by beating her to death using special moves they learned from Mortal Kombat. With all these violent stories about children hurting each other, it makes me apprehensive about hating kids so much – maybe I should start being nicer to avoid retribution.

“Spongebob is better than Bob the Builder. Say it!”

Today’s violent kid comes from southern Florida and he’s being charged with beating his 17 month old sister to death with a baseball bat because she wouldn’t shut up while he was watching TV. This crazy little fucker is 12 years old – more than old enough to know that hitting a screaming baby doesn’t make it stop screaming.

I used to hit my brother with baseball bats all the time. They were the giant red plastic whiffle bats that could only cause emotional damage, not real harm. I’m sure that this crime is going to be blamed on Grand Theft Auto or a violent movie that the kid was watching before he decided to tee-off on his sister.

This negative publicity isn’t fair to today’s entertainment business. I think if the kid used a chainsaw or meathook to kill his sister, we could consider it to be a product of fantasy violence, but he used a baseball bat . It’s obvious who the culprit in this case is – SPORTS. This is why I’m an advocate of locking children in rooms where they do not have access to dangerous items like bicycles, soccer cleats, golf clubs, and baseball bats. It’s almost impossible to kill someone with a wireless XBOX 360 controller.

Where The Fuck were the parents? I mean screaming, crying baby prolly is hungry, tired, or wants attention. And leaving a 12 yr old with an infant unattended for any more than a short period of time = BAD PARENTING & IDEA.
