William Torres’s story isn’t all that interesting. The 21 year old from Pennsylvania was arrested Friday on two counts of homicide. Actually, he got arrested a month after the murders, but THAT'S what he was wearing when he got pulled over and arrested. How can you press the pedals with those slippers on?
