Nay, ’tis not a very gay day for the gay

The California Supreme Court upheld the voters’ decision to re-block gay marriage today.
It’s official. The government hates gay people almost as much as they hated the Natives. “Hey, here’s some civil rights and liberties. Oops, just kidding. We gotta take these back now. It felt nice for a minute though, didn’t it?”
6 out of the 7 Cali Supreme Court judges voted to uphold Proposition 8 and keep gay marriage illegal, meanwhile, other U.S. states are making reverse efforts to finally recognize gay people as equal humans.
Only one judge voted in favor of the gays, but I don’t know who yet. Based on looks alone, I’m guessing it was Chief Justice George because he looks really nice. The other judges look like dicks.

Update: Thanks to reader Rebekah for finding out that it was Moreno, not George, who voted in favor of the gays. He was totally my second choice.

lmao look at george!!
anyway, my uncles live in cali and they been together for 55 years. they got married the day it became legal and were pretty angry when they made it illegal again.
how stupid. reminds me of that women who strangled her little boy , revived him because she changed her mind and then suffocated him again.
hey you should do a blog about that! it was in new mexico a few weeks ago

They all have very stern looks.. Except for George. I agree, he looks rather nice. So are all the people that got married when it was legal now officially “unmarried” or something?

No, the 18,000 same-sex marriages that occurred from May to November 2008 are still recognized as valid marriages.
Some supporters of Prop 8 were actually trying to get the Supreme Court to null the existing same-sex marriages!

Omg, everyone is more interested in George than the whole gay marriage thing. I think gay people should be able to marry who they want. And I also think that George could play Santa Claus this year at Macy’s.

Mannn, I was hoping to snag me a baywatch babe for a wife one day.
I hate laws, they ruin all the good times we could be having.

For the record, it was Moreno who “voted in favour of the gays’. Not the lovely-looking George.

I really like Moreno’s hair. I want to touch it. Since I am female, that is completely acceptable.

I gotta say, George looks like someone I could get along with. I’d like to pass a nice fat joint with that old man.
