Ginger from Hell attacks cops

NORTH CAROLINA — 25-year-old Natasha Sinclair is facing attempted first degree murder charges after she doused two cops with flammable liquid and threw a flaming cotton ball at them last weekend.

It all began when neighbors called the police to report a 32-year-old male acting strangely and saying weird things. Turns out, the man had an outstanding arrest warrant for a misdemeanor. When the cops arrived at his aunt’s apartment where he was staying, he refused to give himself up, so they barged in.

Officers pushed the aunt aside as she tried to keep them from entering, which angered the man. A struggle ensued as the cops tried to handcuff him. That’s when crazy Natasha Sinclair walked in.

When Sinclair saw the commotion, she immediately ran back to a bedroom and returned with some kind of flammable liquid. She threw it on the officers, stepped back, and pulled out a lighter and a cotton ball. She lit the cotton ball and threw it at them, but it fell short and ignited the liquid on the carpet.

The flame trail burned slowly towards the officers, but they had enough time to stand up and back away before the fire reached them. “It was like a scene from a movie,” said Police Chief Phil Harris.

The fire distracted the officers while the fugitive man was able to escape and barricade himself inside a bedroom with Sinclair. The cops stomped the flames out with their feet and then noticed smoke coming from under the door of the bedroom that the crazy couple was hiding in.

For reasons unknown — possibly an accident or suicide attempt — Sinclair set that room on fire too, but the cops ran outside, broke out the bedroom window, and then rescued the couple. Eventually, they were both handcuffed and arrested, all without a single deployment from a Taser gun.

Inside the police cruiser, Sinclair slipped out of her cuffs and damaged some of the equipment. She was charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder, first degree arson, and assaulting a government employee. She remains in jail and probably will until I finally decide to have children.

The man she was protecting was charged with resisting a public officer and assaulting a government employee. He was released on a $6,000 bond. Remember, this all started over his weird behavior.

The aunt was also charged with resisting a public officer, but she was released without bail since she didn’t physically attack anyone, or try to cremate them. She’s actually the biggest victim in this story.

I’m not wearing a hat right now, but if I was, I would take it off and bow to the two officers that handled this incident without using deadly force. Well, maybe not bow, but I’d at least shake their hands.

Of course no teaser was used. Police reserve those for rowdy 8 year Oldsmobile.
