Drunk luck saves drunk f*ck

WISCONSIN — Witnesses are still in disbelief after watching 23-year-old Nichole Lavin crash her car so badly that she ended up on the roof of someone’s garage. Not so surprisingly, alcohol was involved.
According to the police report, Lavin was driving fast and weaving between traffic when she lost control of her car and hit the median. Her car went airborne, rolled four times, and landed next to a house.
While the vehicle was rolling, Lavin was ejected through the back window. She flew through some branches of a pine tree and landed on the roof of the home that her car nearly destroyed.
The police had to wash her mangled body off the roof with a fire hose. Somehow, Lavin survived nearly unharmed. She climbed down from the roof with the help from some bystanders and then tried to leave the scene, but paramedics showed up and took her to the hospital with “non-life-threatening injuries.”
The accident is still under investigation. Apparently, even the cops can’t believe what happened.
The girl in the photo above is Nichole Lavin. I got the photo from her Facebook page, but the rest of her stuff is private, which leads me to believe that at least she’s not 100% retarded.
I sent her a friend request just so I could say “YOU ALMOST KILLED ME!” and then block her.
Update: A reader has discovered a photo album belonging to Lavin which clearly shows her infatuation with (addiction to?) alcoholic beverages. Bonus semi-hot bikini pics. Thanks, Jamie!

You have some interesting articles and I do enjoy your site, nut I am appalled at your use of the word retarded, being the father of a child with a cognitive disability it is disheartening. It is amazing how we can be so picky and choosy as to the groups of people we degrade.

Sorry about your child too 
When I say that a person is retarded, I’m not referring to a retarded child, or mentally disabled child if you prefer. One definition of retard is “hinder or impede,” so when I say “what you did was retarded,” I literally mean that your brain was hindered when you made that decision. I do NOT mean “You are a mentally disabled person.” To be honest, it’s just not in my interest to be 100% “politically correct” either. Besides, there are many different definitions for retard and I don’t think it’s fair to assume that I’m being insensitive to all mentally disabled people just because I prefer to use that word. I hope you understand

I think if you read all the info in the link she lives in Wisconsin now but is from Arizona and went back to visit for her court hearing on her last charge. Anyone know if they have arrested her yet? I do feel for the child since she appears to be an out of control party animal. Obviously, her child isn’t a priority in her life.

Its pretty common for the drunk people in wrecks to be uninjured. I’ve been on several where the drunk actually left the scene. The worst is having to extricate a sober person from a car while the drunk is nowhere to be found. Though occasionally they have been found DRT (dead right there) within 100 feet or so of the accident.
