MISSOURI — Three adults have been charged with child endangerment after they locked TEN children in a truck while they had drinks at a bar. The heat index was 101° Fahrenheit that day, and witnesses said the children even started the engine at one point so they could turn the air on.

Mackisha Johnson — a 25-year-old mother of SIX — and Chris Jones were still at the bar when police showed up to investigate a complaint about an unsupervised Chevy Tahoe loaded with thirsty children.

The police let the kids out of the truck and took them into the bar where they all used the bathroom. Afterwards, they were given pizza and water. They all got dessert too — State Custard-Y.

Mackisha Johnson and Chris Jones were questioned, and it was revealed that Mackisha was only the mother of 60% of the kids in the truck. The mother of the other four, Shacona Johnson, had left for a “baby shower.” She had been picked up from the bar by the time the cops showed up.

Shacona, who had an outstanding warrant for a previous misdemeanor also faces charges of child endangerment. The man’s relationship to both women is unknown.

Mackisha also has pending charges: a felony drug dealing charge and a misdemeanor charge for writing a bad check. We’ve all done that though (sold drugs, not written bad checks — that’s low).

The kids inside the truck ranged in age from 7-months to 11-years-old. Hopefully, they can be placed in a relative’s care, but anyone willing to take TEN kids would have to be nothing short of a lunatic.

Mackisha Johnson and Chris Jones are being held on $2500 bail, but it’s unclear if the police ever caught up with Shacona, or if she’s still on the loose. The lack of a mugshot suggests the latter.

I think there should be harsher penalties for shitty parents that neglect or abuse their kids because if there weren’t any shitty parents, there wouldn’t be any shitty babies. Of course the babies would shit, and get physically shitty, but at least they wouldn’t grow up to be dicks or shitty parents themselves.

Seriously, parents: TAKE CARE OF YOUR CHILDREN. The future depends on it.
