ARIZONA — A racist and self-proclaimed juggalo is facing charges of child molestation and exploitation after he admitted to police that he fondled a 16-year-old girl with special needs, and exchanged nude photos with her on Facebook. He also admitted to having online relationships with two other minors.

22-year-old Timothy Lowe met the victim through a friend, and they were soon talking about sex and sending each other nudes. It wasn’t long until the girl’s parents realized what she was up to though, and they notified the police and gave them permission to access her Facebook account.

Among the messages from Lowe were photos of his genitals. He later told police that he had planned to have sex with the girl the same day that her parents discovered the photos.

The girl denied any sexual relationship with Lowe at first, but eventually confessed to taking nudes and Lowe touching her. Their relationship, although highly illegal, was at least consensual.

Before we delve deeper into Lowe’s life, I’d like to point out that a 22-year-old having sex with a consenting 16-year-old really isn’t THAT bad. Actor Doug Hutchinson (The Green Mike, Lost) is 51-years-old and just MARRIED a 16-year-old and nobody cared except the tabloids.

To be fair, Doug Hutchinson’s wife looks like a porn star and that’s probably why nobody was complaining about her losing her purity to a man who has genital warts twice her age.

It’s one thing if the girl had shitty parents and was already well on her way to being a whore, but it’s another when a grown adult manipulates an innocent minor into having sex with him. For example: Lowe’s victim had “special needs,” so she was an easy target and probably liked clown makeup.

This wasn’t Lowe’s first offense either. He was arrested for molesting two children in California when he was 15-years-old. The victims, both girls, were much younger — only 6 and 10-years-old.

Lowe’s Facebook page is quite interesting. There are many photos of him posing as a juggalo, and his educational history says that he has a Ph.D in scratching balls — whose balls, it does not specify. He also enjoys shooting guns, Harry Potter, white supremacy, and not giving a fuck.

Ironically, Lowe must not pay attention to ICP’s lyrics because they blatantly oppose racism, and they rapped about killing redneck bigots all the time. He probably just skipped those songs.
