FLORIDA — Last April, Tammy Ann Roseman was arrested for flashing a school bus. According to the bus driver, Roseman pulled down her hot pink pants and exposed her ass to the bus as it drove by.

Roseman was charged with disorderly conduct after the school bus incident, and that was her second offense in less than a year. Last weekend, she was arrested again, and charged with disorderly conduct AGAIN — this time for staggering around public drunk with one of her tits hanging out.

Last Saturday evening, a police deputy spotted Roseman as she drunkenly crossed a busy street with her top pulled down. Several cars almost ran her over as she crossed.
